ERP Executive – Construction / Interior Turnkey Projects

Job Summary

We are looking for an ERPNext Executive with strong domain knowledge of Construction / Interior Turnkey projects to manage day-to-day data entry and operations in ERPNext across Project Management, HR, Payroll, Buying, and Selling modules.

The candidate should understand project-wise costing, procurement, billing, and workforce management typical to turnkey execution.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management (Turnkey Focus)

1. Create and maintain Projects, Tasks, BOQs, Work Packages, and Milestones in ERPNext.
2. Update project progress, timesheets, and project expenses.
3. Track project-wise budgets, material consumption, and subcontractor costs.
4. Assist in project profitability and variance tracking.

HR & Payroll

1. Maintain employee and site staff master data.
2. Manage attendance, leaves, overtime, and payroll inputs for site and office staff.
3. Support payroll processing including allowances, deductions, and compliance data.
4. Coordinate with HR and Accounts for monthly payroll closures.

Buying & Procurement

1. Create and process Material Requests, Purchase Orders, Purchase Invoices, and Goods Receipts.
2. Track site-wise and project-wise procurement.
3. Maintain supplier and subcontractor records.
4. Assist in material issue and consumption tracking.

Selling & Billing

1. Prepare Sales Orders, Running Account bills, and Sales Invoices.
2. Support milestone-based and progress-based billing.
3. Track customer payments and outstanding receivables.
4. Assist in GST-compliant invoicing.

Required Skills & Domain Knowledge

Mandatory

1. Hands-on experience with ERPNext (project-based setup preferred).
2. Strong understanding of construction and interior turnkey workflows.
3. Knowledge of project costing, budget control, procurement, and billing.
4. High accuracy in data entry and documentation.

Good to Have

1. Knowledge of BOQ, WBS, subcontracting, and site operations.
2. Basic accounting knowledge including expenses, advances, retention, and GST.
3. Experience with ERPNext Projects and Accounts integration.
4. Familiarity with payroll compliance for construction labor.

Education

1. Graduate or Diploma in Commerce, Engineering, Interior Design, Construction Management, or IT.
2. ERPNext certification or implementation exposure is an advantage.
