Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced ERPNext Techno-Functional Consultant with strong hands-on expertise across Manufacturing, Inventory, Accounting, Sales, and Purchase modules. The candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting ERPNext solutions for mid-to-large business environments, working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams.


Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead end-to-end ERPNext implementations including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and go-live support
  2. Configure and customize ERPNext modules:
  3. Manufacturing (BOM, Work Orders, Production Planning)
  4. Inventory & Warehouse Management
  5. Accounting & Finance (GL, AR/AP, Cost Centers, Taxes)
  6. Sales & Purchase Cycles
  7. Translate business requirements into functional specifications and system configurations
  8. Perform data migration, opening balances, and master data setup
  9. Provide user training, documentation, and post-implementation support
  10. Coordinate with developers for custom scripts, reports, and integrations
  11. Troubleshoot functional and technical issues across modules
  12. Ensure best practices in ERPNext configuration and process alignment


Required Skills & Experience

  1. Strong hands-on experience with ERPNext / Frappe Framework
  2. In-depth functional knowledge of:
  3. Manufacturing workflows
  4. Inventory & stock valuation
  5. Accounting principles and GST handling
  6. Sales and Purchase processes
  7. Ability to handle techno-functional responsibilities
  8. Experience in data migration from legacy systems (Tally, Excel, other ERPs)
  9. Understanding of business process mapping and GAP analysis
  10. Good communication and client-facing skills


Good to Have

  1. Experience with custom DocTypes, reports, and scripts
  2. Knowledge of Python, SQL, and basic JavaScript
  3. Experience in multi-company or multi-warehouse setups
  4. Prior experience in manufacturing or trading domain projects
