Job Description:

Job Location: PAN India (Onsite/Online Support)

The Oracle DBA Level 3 Principal Engineer will be the highest level of technical support, responsible for handling advanced technical issues, optimization services, and complex installations in GIS DB Server environments.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide proactive services including Planning, Optimization, and Service Delivery Management.
2. Lead installation and configuration of Oracle Database Enterprise Edition and related products.
3. Offer online configuration support.
4. Resolve critical technical issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement permanent solutions.
5. Assist in perfective upgrades, technical modifications, and real-time support.

Qualifications:

1. Oracle Certified Master (OCM) - Oracle DBA is mandatory.
2. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
3. 8+ years of experience in advanced database management, installation, and troubleshooting.
4. Expertise in Oracle Diagnostics Pack, Oracle Tuning Pack, and Oracle Real Application Clusters, Oracle Database Enterprise Edition and Oracle Golden Gate.
5. Proven ability to handle large-scale installations and complex configurations.
6. Strong understanding of GIS DB Server environments.
7. Ability to work across multiple locations (onsite/online).
8. Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
